Launching February 2025

Corban Academy partners with families who desire academic support for their students from a trusted partner in Christian education. Our goal is to build bridges between content and understanding for students who participate in home, private, or public schooling.  

Whether your student needs additional support in a challenging subject or is looking to get ahead by earning college credits while also completing their high school requirements, Corban Academy is here to help! 

SUBSCRIPTION TUTORING SERVICE

Corban Academy offers a subscription service for tutoring in subjects such as science, math, and English language arts. We currently serve upper-level high school students who are in need of additional academic support.  

Choose from: 

• Individual tutoring
• Small group tutoring (up to 3 students at the same level of study)  

Students will get the benefit of trained tutors who are versed in their content and are ready to help students become more confident in their studies. You can also have peace of mind knowing that your student will be working with a tutor who aligns with your family’s faith and values. 

Tutoring topics will be offered on a rotating basis, with two to three topics per month. Sign up only for the months and topics that you need! 

Students will receive: 

• 1-hour tutoring session per week (M-Th) for the month(s) you choose. 
• Tutoring customized to their specific needs within the subject of choice. 

FORMAT 

Corban Academy clients can choose from in-person or online tutoring.  

• Face-to-face tutoring sessions are held on Corban University’s campus in an approved and supervised space.
• Online tutoring is offered via a Teams meeting in an approved and supervised online space for clients unable to come to campus. 

Tutoring sessions will be offered both on campus and online for February, March, and April 2025. Tutoring will be available online only for May 2025. 

Your student’s safety and privacy is a top priority, and all tutors have current background checks. Parents are also welcome to be nearby during tutoring sessions but should be respectful of the tutoring hour and refrain from participating in the session. 

COST 

A tutoring subscription is $150 per month and topic, per student.  

Sign up only for the months and subjects that you need.  

You may cancel at any time up to the 20^th of the month prior to the session for which you are subscribed and receive a full refund for that session. After the 20^th of the month, fees are nonrefundable.  

REGISTRATION 

Deadline: 20^th of the month prior to the session start date 

Registration opens January 6, 2025.  

  

PRE-COLLEGE COURSEWORK 

Corban Academy also offers on-campus and online general education courses to high school students who desire to accumulate college credits while completing requirements for a high school diploma.
